Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FriendApp (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FriendApp lets you create quizzes about yourself, share them, and see how well your friends know you. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: post unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content; impersonate others; attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it to collect data unlawfully. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your content
You own the quizzes you create. You grant us a licence to host, display and process that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you publish.
5. Subscriptions
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Payments are handled by Apple/Google; refunds follow their policies.
6. Ads
The free tier shows ads. Premium removes ads.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quizzes are for entertainment only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FriendApp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
